-Work with IT Operation Manager on projects execution and operational support
-Support branch operations and activities.
-Manage the day-to-day activities of IT operations to ensure that systems, services, and infrastructure work reliably and securely.
-Handle other ad-hoc tasks as required.
-Maintain IT quality service by establishing and enforcing bank standards and ensure compliance with regulations
-Tertiary education in Computer Science or related subjects.
-Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience, prefer to have at least 2 years’ experience in Technical Support
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
-Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
